ORDER PROCESS

Any BLANKET, FLOOR PILLOW, or PET BED orders placed today are expected to be turned around in early September.

What blanket size should I order?
Below is a blanket size chart to help you decide.  Please note that as our blankets are handmade, all sizes are approximate.  

Will I receive a design proof?
All personalized orders will receive a design proof sent via e-mail and will only go to print once approved.  Please check your junk/spam mailbox if you do not see an e-mail proof. If your order does not include a personalized item, you will not receive a proof.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to COVID-19, there are extreme delays on all sides of blanket creation (fabric creation, fabric printing, and blanket manufacturing) as all of our vendors are working with skeletal teams.  On top of this, there are COVID-related shipping delays from the manufacturer to Her Sun & Stars Co., and then from us to you.  Due to this, we unfortunately cannot make any guarantees for shipping and delivery for any of our items at any time. 

Depending on where you live and the product type, a typical package will arrive between 2 and 4 weeks from when it is shipped.  To determine how long it will take to receive your order, you will have to take into account the proof/approval process, the production/manufacturing process, and shipping/delivery time.  Turnaround times are listed in the Order/Return Policy.  Please note the guaranteed turnaround time for your entire order will be the longest turnaround time of the individual items within your order.   

Her Sun & Stars Co. cannot be held responsible for not adhering to processing timelines due to delayed response times by the customer in the proof process.  The sooner you get back to us, the sooner you will receive your order!  

 

WOODEN BOARDS

Will I receive a design proof?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail within 7-10 business days with a draft proof of your design.  When the order is approved, it will be personalized and carefully packaged for pick up within 10 business days.

Her Sun & Stars Co. cannot be held responsible for not adhering to processing timelines due to delayed response times by the customer in the proof process.  The sooner you get back to us, the sooner you will receive your order!  

Can I get my wooden board shipped?

**All wooden boards are currently only available for local pick up in Pickering.  Shipping will become available in 2021.**

Can I make changes to my order? 
Since each item in the shop is designed, approved by you, and handmade prior to production we do not offer changes/refunds once your design proof has been approved.  

Due to the finality of your purchase, we strongly encourage you to e-mail us at hello@hersunandstars.co with any questions or concerns prior to processing your order.

How should I care for my Her Sun & Stars Co. product?
Please see product descriptions to see the care instructions for each product.  A product care card will also be sent with your purchase.

I purchased an item last week and it is now on sale, can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, our sale prices cannot be adjusted to previously placed orders, and can only be applied when placing an order.  

What methods of payment do you accept?
We offer major credit cards, PayPal, GPay, and ShopPay.  

Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?
All sales are final.   Since each item in the shop is designed, approved by you, and handmade prior to production we do not offer changes/refunds once your design proof has been approved.

If by chance, your product has a defect, please notify us as soon as possible along with pictures and we will send a new one out right away.

Where are you located?  Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Our workspace is located in the beautiful city of Pickering, Ontario, Canada - just outside of Toronto.  Her Sun & Stars Co. operates as an online shop only.  As we operate only as an online shop, your order would need to be shipped to you.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

* Colours may differ slightly from photos due to a variance in computer screens and colour calibration settings.  

*Always use your best judgement when leaving any baby or child alone with blankets or bedding. Do not leave a child unattended with any bedding that includes loose trim, pom poms etc.
