Order/Return Policy

 ORDER / RETURN POLICY

All personalized minky orders placed now will be readied for April 15, 2024.

 Please note that though every best effort is made to ensure a timely delivery, our turnaround for minky products is approximate as they are not made in house - on the very rare occasion, there is a delay.

MINKY POLICY
All personalized orders will receive a design proof sent via e-mail for approval.  If we do not hear back from you within 3 days, we will assume that you approve the proof and we will proceed so that your order will not push back your turnaround time or the turnaround of others (as our orders are completed in batches).  Please check your junk/spam mailbox if you do not see an e-mail proof. If your order does not include a personalized item, you will not receive a proof. Please note colours may print slightly darker or lighter than what appears on your screen due to colour calibration settings on monitors.  Pushing against the grain of the fabric may show very small white flecks as a result of printing restrictions on pile height.

WOODEN BOARDS
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail within 7-10 business days with a draft proof of your design.  When the order is approved, it will be personalized and carefully packaged within 10 business days.

WOODEN NURSERY ITEMS (BLOCKS, MILESTONE DISCS, NAME TAGS)
 Personalized items will be created in 5 business days and are ready for pick up, or shipped within 10 business days after that.  Non-personalized products are available in-stock and ready to pick up, or will be shipped within 10 business days of your order.  You are able to purchase them even when sold out, the turnaround time is 10 business days from purchase for it to be shipped.

MUG POLICY
These products are available in-stock and ready to ship/pick-up.  Pick up for in-stock items are available for immediate pick up; processing for shipping in-stock orders is five business days. You are able to purchase mugs even when sold out, the turnaround is 10 business days from purchase for it to be shipped.  

ART PRINT POLICY
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail within 7-10 business days with a draft proof of your art print.  When the order is approved, it will be printed and carefully packaged for shipping within 10 business days.  

PROOFING POLICY
You will only be sent a proof if your order includes a personalized product. Please remember that our turnarounds also depend on your approval if your order includes a personalized product.  If we do not hear back from you within 3 business days, we will assume that you approve the proof and we will proceed so that your order will not push back your turnaround time or the turnaround of others (as our orders are completed in batches).  The quicker we get an approved proof, the quicker we can get you your product!
 
SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY
Please note the guaranteed turnaround time for your entire order will be the longest turnaround time of the individual items within your order.  Delivery timeframes are in addition to turnaround times.  Expedited shipping does not mean that your creation time is also expedited, it is for shipping only.  Delivery timelines for all products can be found in our Shipping Policy.  
 
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are final - no exceptions 
As all purchases are final, we strongly encourage you to email us at hello@hersunandstars.co with any questions or concerns prior to processing your order. Unfortunately, our sale prices cannot be adjusted to previously placed orders, and can only be applied when placing an order.
