Order/Return Policy

BLANKET/FLOOR PILLOW/PET BED POLICY
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail within 7-10 business days with a draft proof of your blanket design.   Please note colours may print slightly darker or lighter than what appears on your screen due to colour calibration settings on monitors.  Pushing against the grain of the fabric may show very small white flecks as a result of printing restrictions on pile height.  

Any BLANKET, FLOOR PILLOW, or PET BED orders made today are expected to be shipped in end of July.

Due to COVID-19, there are extreme delays on all sides of blanket creation (fabric creation, fabric printing, and blanket manufacturing) as all of our vendors are working with skeletal teams.  On top of this, there are COVID-related shipping delays from the manufacturer to Her Sun & Stars Co., and then from us to you.  Due to this, we unfortunately cannot make any guarantees for shipping and delivery for any of our items at any time.  

WOODEN BOARD POLICY
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail within 7-10 business days with a draft proof of your design.  When the order is approved, it will be personalized and carefully packaged for pick up within 10 business days.
 
WOODEN BLOCK AND NAME TAG POLICY
Your order will be created and shipped within 10 business days of your order. 

ART PRINT POLICY
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail within 7-10 business days with a draft proof of your art print.  When the order is approved, it will be printed and carefully packaged for shipping within 10 business days.  

PROOFING POLICY
You will only be sent a proof if your order includes a personalized product. Please remember that our turnarounds also depend on your approval if your order includes a personalized product.
The quicker we get an approved proof, the quicker we can get you your product!
 
DELIVERY POLICY
Please note the guaranteed turnaround time for your entire order will be the longest turnaround time of the individual items within your order.  Delivery timeframes are in addition to turnaround times.  Delivery timelines for all products can be found in our Shipping Policy.  
 
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.  
As all purchases are final, we strongly encourage you to email us at hello@hersunandstars.co with any questions or concerns prior to processing your order. Unfortunately, our sale prices cannot be adjusted to previously placed orders, and can only be applied when placing an order.
